I haven't had a cup of coffee in two months. I'm studying today so I figured it would benefit me. My brain feels completely super powered after a large coffee from Dunkin. What a crazy feeling.
I'm doing something like that, but instead of coffee, it's...ummm...green...and today is gonna be interesting.
Green tea is great! I just destroy all the health benefits to it by adding sugar, ha ha.

But..... why? Don't be a quitter in a region that supports personal sovereignty by passing progressive laws, that's just wasteful. Not everyone enjoys those same freedoms ya know.

That mango trick that got posted here works a charm... but I don't know how burnt I would be if I lived in the free part of America.

One of my co-workers had a ticket open with 365 support and they punted it and said good luck since we are having problems with Teams on Windows 7. I have seen other postings of them making support announcements today. Yeah us.

That's what you get for using Windows but hating Windows. If you use an OS but don't embrace it, you will always lose.

client doesnt want to upgrade 1 user, so they want us to continue to look at it. Solution. Use the Teams web and forget using the app.

Los Angeles, today
Is that normal or is Snoop Dogg in town?

So today is the first day that the City decided to tighten up their content filtering. No YouTube, streaming media service (video/music), etc. When I tell you not only the sheer volume of complaints I've received today and the TYPES of complaints it's absolutely ludicrous.
User 1: "I'm gonna take a deep breath INTENSE DEEP BREATHING"
User 2: "I can't access YouTube or Facebook"
Me: Okay just put in a formal request and CC your supervisor. If he agrees that you need access to it we will provide it.
User 2: "This is ridiculous. What am I supposed to do all day?"
Me: .....?What the actual fuck?

No, just that they knew not to announce it publicly.

No, I wasn't. I didn't think people had the audacity to EXPECT that to be a part of their normal work day to a point where they would actually call us to request it. That's insanity.

I doubt it. VoIP is done through another contractor and what they have here is ancient.

When we cut it off here, people complained to each other, but not to me or management. Then they all went out and bought smart phones - no I'm not kidding - they went out and bought smart phones so they could get on FB all day from their phone.
It was so bizarre!!
