What Are You Doing Right Now

Spoke to the recruiter and he said they don't have a website. Come on, it is 2017, and it is an interview for an MSP.
He hold me to just go talk to him. Yeah, but I will be wasting their time and mine, and my gas money. This is all too strange. -
This is the reason I do not give out my social for the first stage of interviews, or DOB, or my real address. I will give that info to HR once I have an offer letter.
Oh, and there is a Joe in the mix too, but who is Joe? You didn't give me his info. -

Yeah, and they are a small shop with about 10 employees, and only a few customers. It is 2017, you need a website for marketing and to get more business.

So I get an ical from the original person that will be interviewing me. Look at the domain name of his email, enter it as url, no website. Ok, check out what you said. The "Joe" domain name is an Loan underwritting website based out of NV.

If I have to do that much work, just for an interview. What is the point?
Maybe that is their tactic, see if you really, really want the job. Of course, if you really, really want a job that you've never heard of, I guess that just shows that you are desperate. Why would they want that?

Found out the Joe character, he has his own business too registered out of his house. His yearly revenue is less than what they would be offering me. I told the recruiter that they can call me and talk to me, but I need to know what I am walking into before I walk into it. So I am not getting dressed and driving 45 minutes to interview for something fishy.

Did you put the _msdcs.domain.com stuff directly beneath 'forward lookup zones' in the DNS tool, with a greyed out folder in domain.com that's named _msdcs, or did you populate that folder as a sub from domain.com?
