None. I know one Griffen, but he worked for me, not the other way around, and we are on very good terms and I'm one of his job references. Can't think of any others.

He's definitely into the range of criminal activity - intentionally telling people to do things that are insanely reckless just to troll them. RAID 5 with the "biggest drives you can afford" is his recommendation. And RAID 01 over RAID 10. Never technical details, just anything he knows is bad advice.
