Sitting Standing desk

Anyone use the on the desk style sitting/standing desk?
How easy are they to convert?
How do you find the mouse use?
Did you need cable extenders?
Are the monitors in a good height in both positions? -
A lot of the adjustable desk that I've seen recommend you have everything on the adjustable portion. (IE without the desktop on the floor).
The monitors are supposed to be configured for both sitting and standing obviously. So find a comfortable position with the desk in stand mode, and see if it works for sitting mode.

@Dashrender I know I've seen some where it's just a table that can go up and down. Seems like that would be better than anything with a keyboard tray. Do people still use keyboard trays?

I need something that sits on top of my current desk - my concern about any solution that sits on my desk is that the scissor device will raise the whole desktop at least 3 inches. While I might be able to get away with that, raise my chair 3 inches, many people won't.

Oh I know, the sitting/standing desk systems don't account for existing equipment in most cases. You could use USB extensions for a lot. And attach a power strip to the top side of the desk.

@gjacobse Not a bad looking desk.
Doesn't fit @Dashrender's needs though. He has to use something that is desktop mountable (freestanding or clamped)

that could be an idea if it was 30 inches wide to hold 2 monitors.
