How does it compare to Elite or Starpoint Gemini?
Completely different. This is more akin to a purely economic real time civilization with nods to starcraft and company of heroes (although its really its own game). The games take like 30 minutes on average but are surprisingly deep/complex. I just love it.
You can't have a build order or anything in this game. Everything is dependant on market prices. It's fantastic.

Sounds like Steam was the big winner this Christmas. Again.

Just beat Final Fantasy 9... Man, I missed that game.
I got Final Fantasy 7 installed, but methinks I'm going to go and play some Final Fantasy 14 again for a while. Got friends that are back to playing it now.
