I prefer Dropbox + PasswordSafe but it's a good alternative.

many more people around here will be willing to use it now that it's completely free. They don't care that they will have higher internet bill because their cell phones will be using more data - I say mostly tongue in cheek.

Hence nervousness about data mining.

I use it without fear.
