          For NTG side:
Windows 10 - It's the newest Windows operating system and I moved to it to get to know it for customers during the beta stage and have gotten used to it.

          GroveSocial/ML side:
Mac El Capitan 10.11.6 - The Mac side for GS is better. There are lots of native Apps for social media & Graphics stuff that just are not as good, too dang expensive or don't exist on the Windows side. I am also heavily invested in IOS (IPhone 6 for GS, IPhone 6+ soon to be 7+ for regular phone, Ipad Mini with 4G and Ipad Pro with 4G) that having a Mac setup as well that all syncs together is awesome. My pics are auto loaded to everything and I can easily organize upload to twitter my apple airport, and flicker etc. very easily.

Generally Windows 10 for both NTG and personal,.. Just because I've run into dual boot issues. But - I'm hoping to spend more time in Linux (LM) to push myself into learn more about it. I've used LM on USB for some things.. and am planning more LM use.

I don't believe I have a primary OS. I use the OS that works best for whatever function I am looking to do. With VMs there is really no reason not to run multiple OSes.

For home use, I generally use Ubuntu. I also use Windows for specific uses at home

At work, my job requires Windows, Kali Linux, and Ubuntu for certain desktop functions. I also use Windows, CentOS, and Ubuntu for servers.

I'm using Linux because @cnewman told me it was an OS.

I run whatever is on the device I am currently sitting in front of at the time. Generally this is Windows (10 or Server 2012)... But I'm comfy with whatever.

Ubuntu 16.04 (16.10 very soon) because it is the only Linux based OS that I could get to install properly on my Asus RoG laptop. I wanted Kerora or Mint, but they had installation problems. This was flawless. So, making the best of it.

Win 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 . Will probably switch to Mate, Ubuntu's Desktop is getting slow these days. Also use Gentoo for special tasks (Version? There is no such thing in Gentoo).

As for "why Windows": Never tried it, but I guess VS2015 will seriously suck using Wine 😉

How do you define primary OS?

The one you spend the most time on 🙂

On my RoG desktop I had to add modifiers to the boot process to prevent it from using the nouveau graphics driver until I could install the proprietary Nvidia one.

Not too bad. I'm really surprised.
