You're making me realize the last one I built was back in 2014, probably time for some updates.
And I haven't built one since like 2005, just before EQ2 and WoW were released. Just sad.

@travisdh1 Nice big rig, my main rig is pretty chunky but I never built a PC for looks before.
Here is my computer room (pc has been replaced though) -
What speakers are those?

@AshleyJR
Wow that looks really great.
Did you paint those components or are there actual white pc part innards now? What case is that? Its a https://www.bitfenix.com/global/en/products/chassis/prodigy-m
All components are as bought, I was planning on spraying the black grille on the top of the case.
The white components do hold a price premium though...I wanted the Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 S ATX because its sexy as hell (below) but it was too large for the case.
I also wanted the 1080 HOF because its much nicer but my budget didn't stretch that far and I wasn't sure it would fit int he case. (pic below too)

Nice, clean build. Well done.

Very nice
I see that it's a reverse mounted/mirrored case.
Was that a deliberate choice or a happy accident? -

But I am very impressed you noticed -
@AshleyJR I have that case in orange! Love how roomy it is for a mini-tower. It's just sitting in a closet right now but was at one point a home built NAS.

I like how you heard white with red bits and then built a classy seutp to suit. Very nicely done.

512gb ssd
Gtx1060
32" screenModest? That's closer to a barn burner than a modest system I think. The only component you may be lacking in is the i5 rather than an i7, and that's mostly cosmetic.

Yep, this will run most modern games and applications at a really high setting. Even that i5 is crazy for gaming and everyday usage.

Not really its an entry level current generation CPU, GPU with a bit of ram for video editing
