It's a 4:45 drive for me, yay, no messing with airplanes!
I'm about 10 hours, but as I'll be there the whole week... I'm driving. Not fooling around with a plane either.
You could carpool with me to the Buffalo event. Are you staying near NTG HQ before the conference? I'll be around the corner at Sonshine Acres.
As yet to be determined, but most likely yes, will be pretty close to HQ.
Carpool - is that code for my being the DD?
It might be cause I doubt I will have time to go

So, the hotel is sold out for those dates. Anyone have an extra bed?

NO the website isn't working. Just call the hotel and use the code GRS and there are still rooms available.

The only thing open arriving was the 14th, not the 13th. So I will just get an early ass flight out of Dallas.
I got the extra queen bed room so I can split the cost if anyone wants to share a room. -

If you want to travel around the area outside of the Letchworth park trip you'll likely want one. There is a lot of really awesome things in the area. ~15-30 minutes in every direction.

Looks like there is a gaming convention the weekend prior too if anyone is there early.

Definitely not. Everything conference related is in the one building and it is downtown, all of downtown Rochester is trivially accessible on foot (it's like 1/10th the downtown space of Dallas) and if you went nuts and wanted a taxi, it would be super cheap.
