Eh, doesn't matter for us. We have two custom created ticketing systems along with Remedy and one we finally phased out a year ago. We are supposed to be folding in all the others into our one single product, but that's gonna be way down the road.

Although it might be good to have it under my belt when it comes around to looking for jobs. Also doesn't hurt that one of our customer's uses it for their service.

PostgreSQL by default. MS SQL Server as an option.

I "bought" 10 tech licenses for the SaaS model for $0.00, so it looks like it to me. I starts out in a trial mode, but go to buy licenses and the standard price is 0.

@Aaron-Studer I was logged into my SaaS trial, then up at the top where it complains about you have 30 days left or whatever just click that and it takes you to the purchase page.

What's the link? I looked for it but didn't find it. Hosted would be way better than hosting out own.

Lol. Yeah. At least you can opt for the local install option too. That they offer both is amazing. And both Linux and Windows support too.

Can anyone compare this to GFI Service Desk?
