No Rochester is slowly but surely recovering. Not in the tech sector but the Brewery at High Falls is bringing in Jobs. A new outlet mall. Lots of weird changes but they are all for the good so far.

Nope, you were the last thing.
Isn't that true of most of upstate NY?
No Rochester is still a very strong market when compared to Utica or other such places.
What's in Rochester still? I know of one bio-medical company that a friend works for, but they are talking about moving operations.
It feels like a city that hasn't figured out how to turn around from the collapse yet. Whereas Utica feels like it is slowly rebuilding.

I dont' know if anyone can remain on the bottom as long as Rochester has. At some point it has to bounce back some.
But like Detroit, it might take a very long time.

We can at least move away from Upstate NY without needing a passport. I guess the UK can for now as well... but not for long.

We can at least move away from Upstate NY without needing a passport. I guess the UK can for now as well... but not for long.
Tick tock... time to consider those options. The rumour is is that Frankfurt is going to be the big winner as the high income traders and technologists flood there before the EU citizenship rights close them off from it.
