      Seems their support took a nose dive. a look online looks like other people are now having the same issue within the last 1-3 months. Been over a week since I opened a ticket. No response at all.

        That's odd, I don't think that we have ever waited over ten minutes.

          I had to reach out to them like a week or 2 ago for something. Did the chat took me like less than 3 minutes to talk to someone and get my answers.

              Why would we get special treatment? We are not a large account there by any means.

                That would be odd, we are not a large customer in any way and they would have to do some serious leg work to guess who we were as the account is not in NTG's name due to a weird account setup thing. It's like set up in one of Danielle's blog's names or something. So while someone could figure it out, it would require a lot of work to do. Sure we are way past the $5/mo account range, but not that far beyond.

                        Well, at least the professionals are breaking things early. Assuming this is all beta/trial things that'd be good!

                          still no response from them, and I put in a charge back but ASO hasn't responded to the claim with them either. Live Chat just sits as "We should be right with you!" and no agent ever comes.

                          Edit: finally got someone to come after 45min.. They said a ticket is the only method they can help through for me. Live Chat can't handle the issue.

                              Site does down all the time. The servers just aren't working well.

                              Anyway I filed a charge back and now they are harassing me with a credit collection agency and threatening to sue me if I don't give them the money back along with a $200 fee.

                              I used them a year ago and they weren't like this. I had them escalate the ticket via Chat and still nothing happened on it.
