The thing I find more interesting is - who is acting as a go between? I hope it's the helpdesk, otherwise, why can't the user contact you directly?

I've got one now.

Today I had another Hyper-V 2012 R2 with a Server 2012 R2 DC acting weird, but everything was still reachable. Rebooted everything under a controlled reboot and it all came back up normal. but it took almost double the normal reboot time.

HyperV Reboots are always up in the air on timing.

All their subfolders are subfolders of the inbox, so they get refreshed when the inbox gets refreshed.

I have a seperate root folder called Saved and all my Sub Folders are under there.
