Just got back from an interview. Reflecting. More prep for tomorrow and hunting.

      How did it go?

Just got the call, we are prepping the offer and should be in by EOD.

Trying to figure out where a customer 60GB mailbox is taking hostage in what folder, then I see this gem as an inbox sub folder.

Do you have the ability to setup a temp server and setup something like Veam, BackupExec, etc... in trial mode that are exchange aware just to trunk the logs and still use your target media?

The USPS apparently said I don't live here anymore. Already submitted a passive aggressive claim asking who authorized the forward.
I thought I was getting lonely with no snail mail.

USPS, thanks for telling people I do not exist. Plus their phone queue is over an hour wait.

Now you're talking about tracks. A linux track might do something like...

Bring a laptop with at least 200 GB free space and 8 GB RAM. Install VirtualBox, then start the day building a Linux VM, and each session builds upon the previous session's build.

Then install the aetherstore demo and put it on all the machines in the training and drop the ISO on it. Then whoever needs the ISO mount the drive to it.

Just thinking on how the documentation here at Mangolassi.it is better than XenServer's official documentation, and heading to lunch.

There is Xen here at my new job. It looks simple. I havent spent much time in it and already feel comfortable.

Ouch... if you try to rebuild that array and it works (don't hold your breath), I'd go out and buy a ticket to every lottery you can, because you'll never have that kind of luck again.

I had StoreVirtual dual node SAN with 24 4TB drives take 7.5 days to repair without issue or popping another drive. Raid 6 thankfully though.

I don't know if I could handle 7.5 days without sleep!

Trust me, I woke up some nights to see if my VPN was still up. (an RRAS VM) then log into storage and check the percent complete.

      Video content, did not watch.

Guy didn't know how to set the timezone on a Windows system, and jumped the conclusion that Microsoft just royally screwed up / couldn't figure out time zones, and gave up.

We had a client's onsite IT guy put in a ticket that the exchange server was 2 hours off! Nope, what recently changed?
You rebuilt your laptop and just changed the time and not the default pacific timezone.
Point us, -100 for you being the IT guy.
