Texas lawmakers have tried to end daylight saving time for years. Can they do it this session?

State lawmakers are again trying to abolish daylight saving time in Texas, arguing it's antiquated. But supporters of the practice argue it gives Texans a crucial extra hour of light in the evenings during the summer months.

“That messes up my whole Sunday,” he told the Morning News leading up to the House vote. “I don’t want to miss church, and I don’t want to miss the Cowboys. So what am I supposed to do?”

Do you need racking capabilities in this box? Or literally a parcel box?

Racking isn't needed, just a metal box that locks.

But, incidentally, you did give me an idea of using a wall-mount network rack to solve the same problem. Does the same thing for a lot cheaper.

EDIT: Something like this should work just fine for the problem I'm trying to solve.

I'm working on writing some scripts to setup new printers on apple devices using ARD and Unix commands.

Not sure how this is going to work but I think it should, assuming I can use scp to copy the driver to the target, mount the installer and then install it all remotely.

Couldn't you use CUPS?

No, because these are managed printers and the drivers and very specific functionality is required for them.

Plus I don't want to go and play with CUPS when I could have 170 angry people yelling at me all at the same time.

Just got home from Children's Hospital in Dallas.

My son tested positive for the flu and was beginning to setup pneumonia when we brought him in. They're keeping him overnight to treat him for the pneumonia.

Just spent over an hour dealing with them just to get data working on my phone again. Their customer support and technical support sucks big time. It takes going to twitter just to get something to working again. They never believe the customer, and their towers "Never" go down. Its always the subscribers device. I can go to my house and not have a problem on a Sprint tower.

You talk to their customer service, work with you a little bit, then refer you to technical support by either chat on their website or phone call. Chat wants you to take them the device. It doesn't make sense on it being my device when it works at one place by not another. Calling their technical support wants to troubleshoot the device.

I had to go to Twitter to get it fixed, and then it STILL took forever.

IT Maintenance was pushed back because Shipping couldn't finish in time. As usual, it was a late night for IT.

Installed Debian 9 Linux on a few computers for some old men in the ham club Saturday morning. Afternoon, just chilled. Evening was a Daddy-daughter dance, but it just wasn't her scene, so we went to McDonald's for dinner.

Sunday was play on the radio in the afternoon and then IT maintenance window.
