    • RE: iscsitargets unavailable after reboot

      Further note.
This seems to be a problem when using IET iscsi service. This IET seems to be an older implementation of iscsitargets on linux.
I removed IET, installed and configured targetcli, removed the lvm filter. All is much better now, and dmesg shows no errors on boot.
Also getting higher performance now as well with targetcli v iet

    • RE: Why do my dom0s have only 600MB RAM?

They all have fixed ram amounts mostly 2-8gb. Total mem usage on each host is way less than the 128GB available to each host. Yet dom0 memory allocation was reduced in size at some point in the past by 20%.
Ridiculous. though it could have been a step someone, who worked here in the past, took when these hosts only had 32GB ram each and had the same # of vms.(25-30)
      edit: clarity

Seems it is still trying to use claims based auth(adfs) to authenticate
Only a couple people use the CRM plugin for Outlook and i forgot to test that before removal.

    • RE: SysLog Forwarding for XenServer

All i did was download and import the ova, then went into Xencenter and forwarded logs on each host to the ip of the graylog server. Here is my sources page

Here is more sources, basically the whole list. I am still quite overwhelmed with the options and config of graylog, but as i get dashboards setup for things and add more log sources i will post them here as well if you would like.

    • RE: Movies coming out that I want to see

The first one was so generic. I knew exactly what would happen in every scene before it happened. Never even read a single issue of the comic. Generic human good guy recruits generic aliens including big strong alien, sarcastic cute phsyco alien, hot chick alien. Now the big strong alien is a child. Cant get any worse than that. I suppose ill probably redbox or netflix it when it is available in those venues.
