An awesome variation on this is to add
1/2 cup Papaya
Orange juice instead of milk
Vanilla Yogurt instead of plain

This makes a great breakfast replacement instead of a spicy cool down that @katie's gives ya

I use a mix of almond and rice for most everything but I think once it is gone I will go to a mix of Almond and coconut.

Yeah I ran into that earlier when I tried to type no way and leave it at that.

I reached out to both of the Community Mods and I am hoping someone will get back to you soon. We are also very much enjoying! The sane part is the main idea here I think.

Not just the trees but the process of the waste would be better if there was no paper to deal with.

I am jealous it took me 2 months to watch 2 seasons of Continuum on Netflix and most of that was watching 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there when I am bored.
