Get managed print services. Best thing I've ever done for a company, saved money too.

You can negotiate for all services to be rendered by them, in advance (ie paper, toner, maintenance, replacements every __ months of the whole printer)

Typically you get the best top quality equipment for the lowest price and no more headaches (because now it's THEIR problem, it's an obvious advantage for them to use the best quality stuff)

It's rarely cheaper than you can handle this inhouse, but the offload of work is often worth the extra cost.

Depends on how much time you spend and what you price out your time at. Also does not help when you're supporting freaking dinosaur-aged copiers. Certainly saved us a bunch when I did the math for the business case.

It's about time. It's a shame that businesses can just pass the buck on the end users.

I have experienced support saying stupid stuff like, you shouldn't have gotten Windows Vista, 7 or Windows 8. And then proceed to tell the client or tech that MS broke the website.

I know for a fact that anyone using MS IE for creating a website has the ability to get the beta or developers version before the final draft comes out. They could be working on their website before the launch.

Last client I had to set compatablity settings in IE to read the page as IE7...ridiculous!

At my last job I seriously considered murdering the developer who created our internal portal. All browsers mangled it save IE7 (or forced compat view). Justifiable homicide would be my defence.

Seasonic is great, IIRC they were deeply involved with PC Power & Cooling which is another great company.

I personally use a Seasonic 80+gold 800w at home. Expensive but it'll last for another 5 years easily (it's already 4 years old)

Sasquatch (2004) self titled - doom / sludge metal - album art NSFW lyrics might be as well.

search "Sasquatch (2004)" in youtube - I won't hotlink because NSFW

      !@#$%^&()(&^%$#@#$%^&&^#@$%^&\

Nothing I do today seems to work correctly. I even showed up this morning with my A game, well rested and properly caffinated. Easily on my 8th VM trying to get a stupid server working properly with ancient shitty programs that we can't afford to support and can't afford to replace. I feel like I've been caught in a recursive loop!

I can't stand writing by hand, and I actually physically have a difficult time with it. When I go to a doctor's office and have to fill out forms, after 2 minutes of filling out forms, my arm is usually shaking because it gets hard to write. I've had that issue since elementary school, although it's gotten worse as I've gotten older and since being out of school, I don't do paper notes anymore. Everything is digital.

Same here, writing with some kind of stick seems so primitive and painful. I don't even remember the last time I printed anything.

My first "Windows Phone" arrived today. It was a black friday special on the Lumia 635. It's a low end phone, but it was only $40 and I wanted to try it.

      Control - shift - V
In chrome it pastes into the search/address bar as plain unformatted text
There are apps for it too I think, just found this:
