RE: Certifications for IT SAMIT Video
Yeah it is very informative and always good advice. I have seen people on SW really get rubbed the wrong way by Scott but never understood why. I remember one person calling you "the thinker" quite derisively lol. That is just the way it is in discussions though, if someone thinks you are wrong you have to be prepared to take criticism and learn. It does no good to be offended or anything like that. Just put yourself in the other person's shoes and figure out why they think the way they do. That is how you keep learning.

RE: Installing osTicket 1.10 on CentOS 7
Ok cool thanks. So having SELinux on permissive for the install is not good enough? That is surprising but ok. I will just do that and if it works make a rule to let osticket through.

RE: Installing osTicket 1.10 on CentOS 7
I just installed this and i can access the user page but when I try to log in to the admin side i get this error:
Valid CSRF Token Required
I looked through all 9 pages of their site's discussions but could not find anything to help.
This error mean something to anyone? -

RE: DNS manager for all domains
Cloudflare here too but the others are right, if you are already on Amazon it makes sense to use their offering.

RE: What did you have for lunch or dinner today?
Tried the new Indian restaurant in Waco today but was not impressed at all. I have had lots of traditional Indian/Bengali food and unfortunately this place did not resemble it at all. I really wanted it to also because I need a quick and good place to go at times. Didn't help that my kids behaved awful there either but the food quality just wasn't there.

RE: Is Windows Support Really Easier to Find Than Linux Support? SAMIT Video
Yeah I liked this too. I totally believe all that too. I even experienced this recently too from talking to a Windows admin and yet the average Linux person who may not even be an admin just knows vastly more it seems. Anyway, good video and thanks!

RE: MySQL/Wordpress issue
safe mode in wordpress is like disabling all of the plugins and setting theme to the original and then work from there.
-
RE: MySQL/Wordpress issue
Ok so it isn't Apache or Mysql so Jared and Scott are right on this then
-
RE: MySQL/Wordpress issue
You restarted Apache after you changed the .conf file correct?

RE: The Motivations of Sales
I get that. I just know some are better at it than others. Just seems that it would be in a company's best interest to only have someone trained deal with salespeople if that were possible of course.

RE: MySQL/Wordpress issue
Scroll down about half way in that link and you will see an apache module where and how you can adjust the MaxClient's setting
