@jt1001001 Proxmox is the way to go. I have one Proxmox machine and it work fabulous.

You may want to go with other Linux distros (i.e. Ubuntu or Alma Linux)

@Obsolesce you can also go with Zendesk as well. It is a solid ticketing system.
