Have you tried RazorSQL? http://razorsql.com/
I haven't used it in a long time, but that one seems to be pretty good to me... Plus it is cross platform!

Yeah, I could go for that one too, lol.

Best Exchange client for Android is an iPhone strapped to it
Yep.... The iPhone also makes a good anti-theft device. If somebody tries to run off with your android, whack them a few times with the iPhone.
Maybe they will release it in software in the near future. I'd expect that feature to be part of their paid plan, for sure, but still.... Would be nice to have!

I'll have to check out Pertino... Just out of curiosity, do you know if it does site to site VPNs?

Ah yeah,
I didn't even catch that... Of course, running from CAC, I'd just upload the files directly to it...
The problem is CloudatCost doesn't give you a ton of storage. I've got terabytes of data to connect to mine, so I just map a share to the server and connect it that way.
Yeah... I just don't have a good upload speed from my house, lol... I also don't really have that much in videos to upload, I don't think....
Now that I think about it, I need to get my CAC box set up with VPN into my home network... That is another topic though. 8-)

That's an easy set to follow. I'll try that out on my C@C host and see how it works. 8-)
If it works well, I have a ton of media to upload!
I find that it depends on what I am working on... If I am doing helpdesk tickets, then I can do several things at once. If I am working on a project type thing, then I am laser focused and xx amount of time could pass before I even realize it.
However, I have to practice maintaining my awareness to my surroundings due to a hearing problem. Folks can't really sneak up on me too much because I have a wide peripheral vision, lol.
If you have a national provider that claims to hae 98% of the country covered, but you live in an area with poor coverage, their support staff can often be talked into giving you the eqiupment as well. Especially someone who is a business owner or manager.
I had to cajole them into giving me one when I worked in an area that showed "Excellent 4G coverage" but my phone rarely had signal.
I love OwnCloud! I just spun up my own personal server for me and the family. It is working out great so far!
@MattSpeller Oy. Yeah. Mine is genetic, so I blame my pops, lol.

@dafyre lost a bunch of mine in an accident on the shooting range, I can relate to that
Owch... both ears or one? Some hearing aids can help fix that.

@dafyre I had a C level message me on our skype corporate account and ask if we had any 1on1 video chat software
ROFL. Should have said "Nope, let me get back to you on that"
I am deaf and can lip read folks well enough to fake it for face-to-face interviews... but even then I warn them about my hearing problem because a lot of folks are so suprised by it... Skype really works well for that with Family. Strangers, not so much.
Why not use Skype or some other video chat type software?
I have to ask for that any time I do an interview where they want me to do a phone call first. (It is great for me because I can read lips a little bit, and they may not have to type quite so much.

@scottalanmiller aren't you the same guy who did 4 grocery store runs the other day? Good grief man, you can get a whole bag of food at a time instead of a handful of carrots, it really saves time!
4 grocery runs in one day sounds normal to me... It is ridiculous that a bag of organic romaine hearts can be $4+ at one grocery store and then be $2+ at another. Gotta get those savings, man.
As long as you are not burning more in gas than you are saving running all over town looking for better deals! 8-)

I'm the asshole that thinks OS X is too sprinkled w/ latency to use for web development. I notice that command + tab has a slight, imperceptible to some people, delay before it fades onto the screen when compared w/ Windows' alt + tab on the same machine. I wouldn't be shocked if I did feel some benefit
I doubt you are the only one. I find that the latest version of OS X (Yosemite?) and the one bfore it is basically unusable for me. Everything is just dirt slow (even on a 21" iMac from 2014). It adds extra characters to files when you access them over a windows share, and a host of other issues.
I have Said iMac sitting on my desk next to me... Running Windows Server 2012 and Hyper-V, lol.
