Visited Cathedral Grove this weekend. Girlfriend for scale.
So that tree is approximately 2 girlfriend arm lengths wide?
Yeah, one of the smaller ones 0.o
Are you saying you have a smaller girlfriend?
No larger.

Pancakes for dinner with real maple syrup!
We just poured off 4 gallons this weekend. A bit dark but still very tasty.

Conor McGregor decided to attack a bus Friday... and injured a couple of folks, causing a relatively short PPV Saturday night.
The number of angles and the professional videography almost make it look like some wrestling levels of story.
Even if it was "staged", he injured 2 fighters who were both unable to fight the next night. Sure, there is a ton of PR to be had from this, but Conor really is that crazy. And he knows Khabib is going to take his belt away.
I don't doubt it was staged. I also don't doubt that it was taken too far. The same things have happened in wrestling and boxing before it.

osTicket docs leaving something to be desired...
OS Ticket worked well for us for about a year. Then we got tired of not having certain functionality like basic ticket merging. So we built our own ticketing solution.
Ticket merging? Even some "enterprise" solution don't have that functionality.

What would you say NextCloud most resembles as far as a commercial product? Can it directly replace everything done by Dropbox, and/or Box, and/or Google Drive, OneDrive, etc?
Yes.

Been watching this one, latest binge.
At first I didn't care for the acting, but it's grown on me. Also annoying that every character has to invent a different kind of accent. Jared Harris is awesome but I don't know about this weird British slash Chinese accent he's trying to pull.
Overall good story though, can be hard to follow if you don't remember the detailed bits.
It's Belter pidgin. These people have been out in the Belt for generations developing their own culture and language. It is done on purpose to show how different and disenfranchised Belters are perceived by Earthers and Mars Colonists.
The Expanse is phenomenal. I really need to dig into the next season... just don't have the time at the moment.

@coliver happy but probably expensive; much like us having to replace our carpet after our then 3 year old found a sharpie marker
The solution is to not have carpeting.

See, I had an issue with the .7 because it was big enough to go dull and start writing lighter. I tried the .3, .5, .7, and .9 and found the .5 to be a good center.
A draftsman's trick I learned from an old draftsman. Slowly twist the pencil in your hand as you write. It prevents it from getting a "dull" side and keeps you from having to sharpen it as much. Not sure how well it works with mechanical pencils though.

It just seems to me that the spell itself has balance problems and immunity is your only option to balance it?
Nope it also needs materials to cast "Glowing incense/crystal vial of glowing material" this is supposed to be fairly expensive and rare outside of a big city unless the Bard can craft it themselves.

Sounded awful but when it was lower I kept realizing that I felt a little chilly.
I mean... my grandparents do the same thing...

My Wife & I have started playing Guildwars 1 with some friends. We're not far into it, but playing with friends is [almost] always fun.
Guildwars 1 is really an amazing and unique game. You should take a look at GuildWars 2, probably one of my favorite MMOs.

Trying to work out how to word a proposal on using Scale instead of Nimble/NetApp in terms of IOPS etc.
Yes scott i know we shouldn't be looking at a SAN, but it's not my choice (If a SAN shouldn't be used in a SMB why are they priced for SMB?)
Because people buy them? Just because something can be "afforded" doesn't mean it is the right tool or even safe to use.

We made blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberries from the bushes around our house.
