@scottalanmiller I'm half way there, the AAD may work for RDS without the need for and AD server.
I'm waiting for my AAD DNA ip addresses to generate!

Never even understood why short selling was legal.
I certainly dont listen to people that do that as their sole source of income.
That webpage is worse than one of those click bait articles on MSN i click accidentally sometimes when Edge opens.
Stock markets exist for speculation. If you think shorting is bad google "scalping futures".
Here's my daily RDSH shout out...
Mo PC's mo problemz
And it's official, Azure AD only, no premise AD or synced AD, and a single RDSH deployed and working!
Lots of notes scratched out to the side.

Buying and running another company isn't comparable to jogging, mountain climbing, vacationing, or any of the other examples you used.
You're kidding right? you can easily dive into those sports as much as one can dive into running a company (especially mountain climbing).
Exactly. Those things take very big as much time as running a company, and no one said he was running another company, just investing.
I imagine its healthier than most CEO hobbies...

Keep meaning to catch up on GoT but things keep coming up that get in the way.
So many great moments and a big reveal last night that the show purposefully glossed over. I hate that there is only 2 left now. And like a 2 year wait for final episodes.
So I've been in Azure and the 365 portal all weekend and I decided to add a license for Cloud PBX and PSTN calling to see where they are at with this product.
Is anyone using this, or has anyone used it?
I am flashing a Yealink 48 G with Skype For Business software right now. I know it requires a license by Yealink documentation says it will work for 180 days before you have to add it.
Just two weeks ago I proceeded with a metaswitch deal, NARROWLY forgoing the latest Broadsoft and Broadcloud pitch. I would have cancelled my order had I went Broadsoft and learned this later.
Cisco loves to acquire and kill products.

I can't believe they glossed over that shit!!! Gilly was spitting out some knowledge, but Sam's stupid ass couldn't be bothered to listen!!! We actually paused and went "WOOOOOWWWWWWWW!!!!!"
I know I rewound it and for a minute I thought Sam figured it out and was leaving, but there was no reaction. Total fail. Then you get the GoT Magnificent Seven, as I prefer to think of, going beyond the wall.
Also Tormund and his "Did you bring the big woman"?
Some first thoughts...
1.) No extensions on the Cloud version. Really? Just the option to dial someones name every time you call in. Every does get a direct number so I guess in larger organizations they sell it as "the modern way"
2.) No Ring Groups, just call queues.
3.) No option to just ring all phones on inbound.
Looks like 2 years since Cloud PBX was announced there is still no major threat to the VoIP guys.

Fast satellite coming.
They'll still have latency issues.
Outside of live things, it's probably not a real problem. yeah, you don't want it if you are a gamer, and you might get some issue with video chat, but general surfing, using of the web, streaming media, should be totally usable.
It's slow enough that web pages noticeably slow down. Things like voice are often impossible.
The 3mp upload is optimistic at best. You need a small sat to transmit up through the ionsphere, and they are doing it with a lower powered dish. Similar problems to early wireless.

All I want is a clarification on what licenses are supposedly required here.
That you can do something on a Microsoft OS (Hyper-V in this case) means nothing. Microsoft has never been about locked down compliance.
If it requires a Server 2012 R2 license and then CALS, it is simply Server 2012R2 + Hyper-V roles, even if you only installed Hyper-V Server 2012 R2.
If it somehow only requires user CALS, then great.
Nah, you don't need anything except CALs.
That doesn't make sense to me... that you can clearly violate the license terms and the whole point of Hyper-V Server as long as you have CALs?
What licenses would you resolve it with?
Fooling any facial rec before now would be dubious. While I'm not getting the first X I believe what Apple has created will pave the way and having everyone following suit for years as usual (with hardware).
The video lacks any effort to solidly itself as valid.
I think the comment about mask holes is more complicated than it reads. The fact that Apple displayed masks they created to fool its tech in the intro video (far better than what's displayed here) and still couldn't fooo it speaks more to me than anything.
The same BS and FUD was circulating when Appenstarted finger print scanners, then everyone followed sit. There were articles about thieves cutting off fingers and claims that finger print molds fooled the tech.
What's hilarious is my google news feed is full of these articles, that know one will read, and this weekend some guy at the bar is gonna be talking about "did you hear they hacked that face ID"
@scottalanmiller I like the firmware's UI elements, but thats about where it ends. I am still waiting for yealink to send me a license to sign in and see the rest.
It may be better then Microsoft Response Point.... maybe lol
Just cant imagine why I was would need... 3 photoshop tabs? When there are tabs in the app. Am I reading this right?
I get the windows folder tabs I guess. But there are saying now I will have, by default, tabs in every app.

For those wondering, this is a DEC PDP11...
What was the war like, grandpa?
@scottalanmiller I was actually looking at the $60 and $120 versions.
Was just thinking... click - click and I am up and running vs ordering and shipping to colo and using all the tools to install my software remotely.
At the $240 price point I agree with you though.
