I also keep reminding myself you can't make everyone happy all the time and I have given up trying to make those fringe people/businesses happy, I am not going to make my self more crazy over weird issues.
Sadly this is true even when trying to organize a happy hour trip after work.
Sucks to be an organizer.

Not to mention it's probably akin to herding cats.

My boss will never approve a expense to a person. How does he know I am not splitting the money with @Minion-Queen, and take taking a couple of paided days off lol
No TAX ID would be a no go for us. It's required for financial audits
Eh? You require a tax ID from anyone you buy something from on Ebay? or you just don't buy one? Do you have Amazon's tax ID also? I'm guessing it's published somewhere?
You ask for it. We have to have forms from anyone we buy from. We don't buy from ebay. Amazon's and many other big companies post their Tax ID, now if you are buying from random sellers on amazon most of them aren't even companies. Most companies meant to sell to big bussiness have their W9's posted on their websites. This is a requirement for being a publicly traded company. for example you can find SHI's here: https://www.shi.com/CustomerServices/Admin/Download.aspx?ID=87490&Name=8a9580a9-9499-4331-9afd-a7c1b3d1982b
