This reminds me of when McDonald's used to have their shaker salads. I loved those things. This leads me to believe I would love this bucket of salad. I almost hit my forehead leaning in to the screen to see what's in it.
It's been a long, hungry day.

To sate your curiosity, if not your actual appetite, the salad was chicken, egg, greens. I do remember those salad shakers and they are quite nice. When I was in college I'd take two bowls to the salad bar. After putting on the dressing I'd put one bowl on top of the other to make my own improvised shaker. It leaked a bit, but hey, it wasn't me who had to clean up
