@Joyfano so mean posting a beach picture!
Though it is my fault for living in a land locked state like Illinois.
You have Lake Michigan!
But the water is not salty haha

Yes meaning you're in beach Bwuahaha
unless you'll going to pour salt on the Lake -
I don't understand. I like fresh water beaches.

I'll take the salt water ones. Colder, cleaner, tastier marine life.
Edit: also you float better

You should try Lake Superior. Very cold and clean.
-
@scottalanmiller I swam in Superior on my way to Toronto, it was great!
I also swam in lake Ontario. I have a few regrets and a 3rd eyeball for proof.

Just pointing out that Illinois isn't exactly land locked.

Beautiful lake. Not sure what you mean. Now Onondaga Lake, that's another story...

Lake Ontario has severe heavy metal poisoning. The fish cannot be eaten out of it. Swimming is not advised.

I actually was not aware of that. Never heard that before...

What caused it?

Just found out that my band has a show coming up on April 4th -- nice, short notice. So saturday shall be the day of endless rehearsal... but that certainly doesn't suck. There will be pizza and beer. And playing music.
Anyone here near Atlanta? We'll be at Sweetwater Live in Duluth on Sat, Apr 4th. Heavy ska-punk with horns. Toss a mango onto the stage to announce your presence. /end shamelessselfpromotion

Why? Do all the kids pee in it?
