Started playing Magicka over the weekend. It's a lot of fun as a local co-op game.

Oh cool, I have that but have not started it yet. Maybe I can convince the wife to play it.

It's fun and you can have up to 4 people play together. It's got good gameplay and a lot of fun nerdy references.

Is that the one with "Vlad, who is not a vampire" ?

Sounds like the right one.

Street Fighter V release day. Yet another thing to kill my free time--which I shouldn't even have right now

I'm replaying Fable: TLC, and I think that Anniversary would be better if only because of controller support. I prefer keyboard/mouse inputs, but console ports don't always translate well, and this one suffers somewhat from that.
-
Have you tried the Steam Controller? It does a pretty awesome job of dealing with those old keyboard-only games.

That's an interesting use for it. I'm in the market for a controller but I've heard a lot of people complaining about the stream controller. Maybe I'll give it a shot.

Not so interesting as that was its designated purpose The entire reason for the Steam Controller was to provide a way for keyboard/mouse games to be played with a controller. If it wasn't for that, you'd just use an Xbox 360 or Logitech gamepad for everything. It's only for the keyboard/mouse stuff that the Steam Controller is something special.

I've been playing Warframe as of late. It's a ton of fun if anyone wants to join me some time let me know.
There is a game that started out bad and evolved over time into something good (from what I hear)
-
Warframe is pretty fun, haven't played it for a bit, I was just playing Medusa's Labyrinth which is creepy as all hell.
-
Played a ton of Highrise Heroes yesterday, and two hours of Millenium and a little bit of Secrets of a Lost Planet last night.
-
@dominica is playing 9 Clues: The Secret of Serpent Creek now.
-
Played a few hours of Elite Dangerous over the weekend. Doing bounty hunting for the most part. Easy way to make a lot of money quickly. The game doesn't have a lot of depth yet but all the systems are in place to add a decent story.

After playing Fable: TLC for awhile I decided to revisit Fable III, so I reinstalled that. I did opt to back an interesting kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1314680699/children-of-zodiarcs-a-new-tactical-jrpg-by-aaa-ve/. Hopefully it is actually released soon.
