Scotch, Anyone?

So, I'm planning on acquiring a fairly decent Scotch while down in Austin and I'm not afraid to share it with my awesome fellow SpiceHeads at SpiceWorld 2015! The "where" and "when" can be determined via this thread, or even while down in Austin, but I'm open to whenever\wherever. I'm happy to offer my room at the Marriott (by the convention center) as a venue, but I'm open to whatever.
I'd love to hear your thoughts!

We'll have our own GMT +8 Party... by ourselves... in our respective hemispheres... This isn't sounding anywhere near as much fun as when I first thought of it.
