The one thing I always wished for in SpiceWorks was a drop down menu response to questions that will get the same response each time. For example - if someone asks "What is the best Anti-Virus available?" This will be beaten to death over and over, but if a quick canned response can be given to the OP "This question has been asked 4,325 times - please see this link", that would be totally awesome. It keeps the smart ass remarks from happening and it gives the OP a professional result to the question that already exist. Put that on my wish list.

This should be added to the Feature Requests thread. Good idea.
-
@bob-beatty That is a great suggestion.
Since we are just getting started please go ahead and send your feature request to [email protected]; Make sure to put feature request in the subject line.... We will be adding things as our developers have the time.
-
@Dominica That thread is locked.
-
And @addie herself said what I was in the middle of typing...lol
-
Ah, okay. I was not aware, since I haven't tried to post anything to it.
-
We would like to keep feature requests somewhat separated for now as we are just getting going so there are lots of things that will come with time.

No political or religious discussion may turn into arguments. This is an IT community politics and religion are not necessary.
This rule clearly isn't enforced.
You sound like you've been here before...
-
Our guidelines are worded very carefully. While we do allow the discussion, we do not allow them to turn into arguments. Can you please point to a thread that turned into an argument in this case? There will always be differing opinions on things, that is the nature of discussion. As always, if you do not like the way a discussion is going, you can always choose to not take part in it, as well and report it to the community managers (myself and Minion Queen), for further review.
As always, all decisions are made at the discretion of the community managers.
-
We have added a few more guidelines. Make sure you read them through!
-
Man.. You're just making this place no fun anymore...
Oh wait.. I think I should delete this post and go read the OP first ;).
-
@Dashrender I think you had a little bit too much fun for your Birthday yesterday. You are full of it today

Actually, not really!
Though, after years and years I did finally get to have gigantic Alaskan king crab legs again - Holy hell they have gotten massively expensive! But damn they were good.
