Web based call blocker for mobile devices

I finally moved from my Galaxy S3 to a Note 4. The biggest issue is that my Call Blocking app from NQMobile doesn't have any way to backup 2 years worth of blocked numbers.
From my search on the web I haven't come across a Call Blocking app that is web based or has an export/import feature to aid in moving to a new phone.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

huh - seems like a fairly basic feature that the apps should include. Or in actuality Android should include in it's base package.

It's built into iOS and ports from phone to phone. Just saying.

This is total crap (Mr number)...no way to import or backup. I actually like the app I was using...but without a backup/restore or the ability to port from phone to phone....useless in the long run.

Does anyone know if the Galaxy Auto Reject list is transferable between phones?

Do you get that many bad calls that this is really necessary? I get less than 2 bad calls a month.

I get about one a week, i would guess. Now that I block aggressively it has gone way down.

I don't answer calls that A) Aren't in my Address Book, and B) Don't come from humans that I know and actually can understand on the phone (this is increasingly rare).
Robocallers won't leave a voicemail. And any human caller that does hears my VM greeting that says "I am deaf, please text me. Your voicemails will go unresponded to."

Why do you even have voice ability on your phone? My friend's phone here with Verizon doesn't have voice - just texting and data.

I can hear well enough to handle an emergency phone call from somebody that I know really well. Anybody else has my phone number with a note that says to text me in case of emergency.
I am working on getting a cochlear implant (waging war with my insurance company at the moment about it). I know several people who have one. My Pop's has one of the prototypes stuck in his head and it's been running for almost 30 years.
Once I figure out how to use it, I'll be on the phone again.

Aww.. ok that makes since. My friend can't hear anything under a gunshot, so no voice makes sense for him.... and your setup for you.

Yeah. It's strange too... Some deaf folks don't want to hear. They are perfectly fine being deaf. However, I used to be able to hear... and I want it back! lol.
If your friend is interested in hearing again, maybe he should check out the Cochlear Implant or bone-induction (depends on the type of hearing loss he's got)... Like anything, they work great for some folks and not so great for others.

There is a big difference between people who know how to hear and miss it and those that don't know it. I have several dead friends who hVe lacked hearing either always or from before they can remember and few want to hear. Either because lacking a sense means you have no idea what is being missed, or because the brain isn't prepared to process all of that or simply because wanting that back would counter a lifelong fight for identity.

Off the top of my head the majority of the phone calls I get weekly are from:
- Credit card system sales people
- Health insurance sales people
- SEO sales people
- Business loans availability sales people
- Buy ads for xxx event sales people
- Outsource companies wanting us to do handle our web design, etc sales people
- Mobile app companies wanting us to use their services sales people
- Local business listings companies wanting to sell their services sales people
- Vendors and Financing sales people which are already in my Contact list, so I just let those go to VM

is your cell phone listed on some webpage? or do you register your cell phone as you contact when signing up for things you're interested in?

As an one man shop I decided to use my cell as our business phone when I opened shop in 2003. The number is on all of our business info as well as online.
