It's just that you can't have an AV installed during the upgrade. Nothing weird here.
Yeah, this is a normal install warning. I found it funny.
Specific to that topic though, webroot locks down changes to some things (like the hosts file) they may actually cause issues with an upgrade.

@scottalanmiller Really? It didn't complain about Avast. It did, however, complain about Daemon Tools.

I would still uninstall the AV.

Agreed.

I think I'll be able to upgrade my tablet right away, Adobe software should work on windows 10. However I'm not so sure about my desktop. Avid Media Composer is known for not liking new OSes.

This seems to mean that they will be pre-loading windows 10 so everyone gets it at the same time.
Also, it seems July might not be so crazy after all, at least for the desktop.
Paul Thurott is touting the end of July for Windows 10's release as a sure thing.
July 29th is the date for sure. Microsoft themselves are saying it.

They even announced it on Facebook!

They posted it as a news item. Has no connection to "liking."

Unless a person follows (by liking) the Microsoft page on Facebook, they will not see that post.
Well maybe as a suggested page depending on other factors.
So yes, "liking" very much has everything to do with it.

Is this happening on every version of 7? Domain or not?

This notice is pushed by WSUS
So depends on if you control WSUS or not and if you approved the update.

WSUS connection would stop it if the update wasn't approved. It happened on my Windows 8. desktop which is domain joined. but is not on WSUS but, also hasn't had any new updates in about 3 week.
It's KB2990214 which is from 4/6/2015 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2990214

It didn't say anything about Sophos Endpoint. Plus there is a new feature that might not work if there is an third party antivirus installed. It is called "Controlled folder access".
