Just a monthly follow up to their "we aren't filtering through PR and just getting the answers for you" response. Another month, still no answers. Too often people point to people saying that they WILL follow up as actually having done so. And they can't say we haven't reminded them. Need to make sure that we can demonstrate that month over month we have poked them and reminded them of their commitments. So later, should they ever try to make it look like we had forgotten or let them forget, we can show that we did not.
