              Hasn't this been observed in other nations as well. I think the Nordic countries had some pretty good research into this.

                Their study was more general - the fewer Americans on the streets, the safer things got 😉

                                          Not for nothing, but now is the time to announce your breaches. No one could possibly have a worse breach than Equifax.

                                          So just come out with the dirty laundry and air it out.
