Seeing the picture I would image the building will need to be demolished if it doesn't collapse.

Yeah that builing will have to come down. It also didnt look as if it had any built in fire suppression system.
(Just my opinion based on the news coverage and video)

@scottalanmiller Stuff like that should happen more often. Fixing corruption, incompetence and laziness in government starts at the local level, not at the top.
I could start a very long rant about the incompentence of Seattle's leaders, but i wont as i am sure it is the same where everybody else lives. Vultures, all of them.
