Wow. I don't know Mumps well. I guess they are highly contagious too?

Should be noted that in Europe, while anti-vaxers are a factor, they are not THE factor in the outbreak. There are supply chain issues in the east and process issues in the west highlighted as key reasons that are causing slower than needed vaccinations.

That's what I get from this. The argument seems to be that the un-annotated law is "freely" available. But the annotated one isn't as annotations are subject to copyright. Guess which version of the law is the official one?
