Some advice for the pseudo-celiac crowd:
Sorry, had to stop reading this after
Most dietitians and doctors will tell you, a varied diet is key to being healthy. And seeing as they are actual qualified experts and not Instagram or blog-based advocates, you should be listening to them and not the latter.
Why, because it says to listen to doctors instead of bloggers? Makes sense to me. Bloggers are a large contributing factor to the expansion of dietary cyberchondria. People, in general, are idiots and they take internet articles way too seriously without checking into the person's qualifications.
Isn't that why Vaginal steaming is a thing now?

Yes. A well know celebrity posted on her blog about the "health" benefits of vaginal steaming and why everyone should do it. Then a few weeks ago she commented on putting a Jade egg up there too.

That one I heard about. I'm still unfamiliar with the former practice.

Was it Jenny McCarthy? She's been off the deep end for a minute. But, depending on the celebrity, I'd probably watch the Jade egg treatment.

@coliver You must be talking about Gwyneth Paltrow

Hearing her talk while not in a movie has greatly reduced her attractiveness to me. She's an idiot.

From what I understand, she recommends squatting over a stove of boiling water with some herbs and spices mixed in for the steaming.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-39262161So far in Rochester the roads are slick, but there hasn't been a lot of snowfall, I wasn't even plowed in this morning. (I didn't have to plow).
The expectation is the snowfall will ramp up throughout the day and we could see between 6 to 10 inches by the close of business.
All schools are closed as far as I heard on the news because of the declared state of emergency.
The office is still open, as I would suspect most businesses to be. We have power and heat, and internet.

I wonder how many people's feelings I'd hurt by posting this outside of my office...
