Apple Store: Man Arrested After Waving Samurai Sword at New York City Flagship Location
The incident took place Friday afternoon at the store on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. A 30-year-old man was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.
This is everything that is wrong with the world today. How the heck can we possibly hope to solve any of the world's problems when even a single media outlet failed to run the headline containing the words Fruit Ninja?
I despair for humanity.

It's kind of interesting that until France was attacked, that these others nations didn't seem to have nearly the same step up response to the Islamic State and terrorism.
The response has been greatly increased. Maybe because IS is attacking anyone that they can, and these nations are demanding action. But still, what took them so long?!
-
Which countries do you mean? France was attacked because they had just stepped up dramatically. It was the step up first, then the attack.
-
Sorry to better express what I mean is the media coverage of these responses has increased dramatically.

Oh, yes definitely. Americans only care or listen if Americans or Europeans are attacked. And only western Europeans that we identify with.

This has to take the cake for most boring headline news item of all time...
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups: Customers React Negatively to Company's Christmas Tree Candy
Customers are taking to social media to post photos of the company's annual Christmas Tree-shaped candy, some of which appear to lack any shape.
Seriously, I mean I'm thrilled that there is so little news to report in the world that poorly formed holiday candies are the most important thing to know about... but really?

Albuquerque, New Mexico: Wall of Tumbleweeds Blocks Road Near Kirtland Air Force Base
The tumbleweeds, piled several feet high, blocked most of Wyoming SE on Friday morning, city officials said. Cleanup crews had the pile cleared from traffic within a few hours.
Basically there is nothing in this story. It didn't happen at an AF Base just "kinda near one" and it was just a pile of weeds, nothing more. The wind blew a bunch of weeds and they sort of collected on a bit of the road.
