It could suck for those in the US as you'd be paying too much taxes between here and there.
Also looks like it's a sales/call center job rather than IT.

That's assuming their primary client base is in the Ontario/Quebec area.

Well, that'd be one hell of a commute but remote options are available.
I don't think the pay would be particularly good considering that they aren't an established player in the market, competitive for the sector maybe.
