My response to a user ticket: Which of the following is true? 1. The original E-mail was sent by [our web application]. 2. The original was sent by you using Outlook / Outlook Web App.
User: I received all of the [delivery warnings] to my Outlook.
Me: From where was the original E-mail sent (you to [recipient's E-mail address]), which resulted in the warning about delayed delivery? Was it generated from [the web application], or did you send it via Outlook / Outlook Web App?
