Linux Local Log Web Console Viewer

Once upon a time there was a popular log viewing tool that would render a local web view of logs. Much like ELK, OpenSearch or GrayLog, but just the local server. Anyone remember what it was called? It was open source but AFAIK discontinued long ago. I can never remember its name.

@scottalanmiller found it. I hate how hard this is to find. I really like this tool, but wish that it was slightly more robust.
