FreePBX and Uverse

Having audio issues with a hosted FreePBX on Vultr. The client's office has Uverse which I am sure is part of the problem. I have incoming audio but no outgoing. Does AT&T block outbound RTP or is there something I need to modify on the AT&T modem/router? I am using an edgerouter with pretty much stock settings and set with a static WAN address. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

The AT&T modem/router is an Arris BGW210-700 if that helps any.

So oddly I rebooted the FreePBX instance and audio works in both directions...for now.

They do not block. But make sure SIP-ALG is off and UDP limits are high or disabled.

Put the AT&T device into bridge mode so that you are not double NATted. DNing almost always causes one way audio issues.

From what I've seen online there is no official bridge mode option for those AT&T router/modems. I read the part about the passthrough setting which is as close as you can get to bridge mode. The client had 5 static ips so assuming that I set their internal router to one of the statics I shouldn't have to set the passthrough on the modem???
Either way everything started working after I rebooted the vps. I kind of feel like I had a similar issue a while back. Might be something with the ISO image hosted on Vultr.

@syko24 One way audio is a NAT issue, it wouldnt be related to to ISO at all.

By "closer" if you mean "disabling NAT", then yes, that can help, if it actually lets you do that. Which is a super advanced feature while bridge mode is super basic. So while technically that would work, reasonably it's not possible if the even better, simpler solution that everyone else uses, doesn't exist.

Definitely not. That's like saying it might be related to the hamburger you had at lunch. There's absolutely no connection.
It's because rebooting the server caused all of the connections to drop and the bad router to partially start over. So it's a problem that's going to come back, you just bought yourself more time.
Fundamentally, your system isn't built for reliable Internet traffic. AT&T is garbage stuff and this is just part of the penalty for being stuck in one of their regions. We have the same problem here in the third world. Vendors don't understand the basics and things like bridge mode can be hard.
