As most of you know I will be speaking at the special session on Monday specifically for the MSP's.
Even if you aren't attending SpiceWorld. What do you want to know?Here is my session blurb:

How do you manage the various levels of skillsets? Every tech has various skills, specialties, and abilities. How do you work on managing the time best for your L1s vs your engineers? To what degree should management be managing your time, in an ideal and a real world?

Selfishly? I want "MQ's Guide to Gathering Minions" from picking your first lemming to taking over the soup bowl. I'm having the hardest time growing past myself.....

Not worth it. The Monday pre-event training is on a product that isn't worth it.
