I am trying to configure a topaz signature pad to work on a remote desktop server. Has anyone set one up like this? It is a USB connected model t-lbk755-bhsb-r. Their website has 3 different options but not super clear instructions on how to configure.

I believe this was the setting I had to change to get the RDS links to work with these (I have a few different things I had to test for this customer).

@DustinB3403 - Got it working!! I appreciate to push in the right direction.

It actually was a lot easier than expected. I had to do two things:

                1. Install SigPlus on both the client and the RDP server
                2. Setup 2 GPOs

                GPOs:

                Configure USB Redirection with RemoteFX

Set the following Group Policy setting on RDS hosts or VDI desktop to "Disabled":

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Device and Resource Redirection\Do not allow supported Plug and Play device redirection

Set the following Group Policy setting on client machines to "Enabled":

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Connection Client\RemoteFX USB Device Redirection\Allow RDP redirection of other supported RemoteFX USB devices from this computer
