Dovecot error:140760FC

Running DoveCot on CentOS 7 1511 with Dovecot 2.10.1 and we are getting loads of TLS and SSL errors listed as error:140760FC which appears to be a mismatch of SSL negotiation, but we can't figure out how as we have several seemingly identical boxes and only one is getting the error from the same client.

We tried enabling TLSv1, just to test, but even that did not fix it.

From here says "You can enable TLSv1 in postfix and dovecot"
Was TLSv1 enabled in both locations?
