iOS continues giving certificate warning

This is following my previous 502 bad Gateway thread.
I've downloaded the few files that were online, and re-installed the server. Post install, I've used Cockpit to update the system: Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Nextcloud reported there was also an update, and this was done via the web portal.
Now, I'm trying to reconnect my phone to my account and it continues to prompt a warning about the Certificate.
Clicking yes, since I don't have a certificate leads me into a cycle. I didn't encounter this the first time I built the instance.
any thoughts?

Well - that was easy... not as easy as have you tried to turn it off and back on?
Seems like there was a issue with the password, so clearing and resetting all that on the phone resolved it.
