cPanel Price Increase
-
Our VPS host just sent an e-mail about cPanel pricing model changes that may result in huge increases for some hosting providers.
They are offering an alternative to cPanel called Interworx. they say Interworx has been around for 20 years and they now own them.
Here is their link to a comparison chart:

Thanks for you comments.

@JasGot Do yourself a favor and just get rid of any web control panel. cPanel is just extra painful as I used to use it.

The price was announced some time ago and this is the first month it has been applied. I am absorbing the price difference and moving out of cPanel. I actually started the move a few months ago but moving out has not been easy for non-technical reasons.
Interworx is well know. I know many hosters are moving to DirectAdmin .

Thanks. I appreciate these comments. My host does not support DirectAdmin, but I'll still give them a look. Glad to hear you were aware of Interworx, I had not heard of them before.

@JasGot
I considered Interworxs before mainly because of its cluster support. It is a stable control panel.
The truth is I am slowly moving out of the Control Panel thing (I am not a traditional shared hoster). I just have some servers with cPanel because some clients still want it -
