Sadly there isn't. It's all Ctrl keys or none. And I use the Ctrl key so much that if it always did it, it'd drive me nuts!

The mac OS mouse curour always seems much easier to find to due to contrast than on windows.

Find out what exactly it calls up and you could write a AutoHotkey script.
