So I just did a factory reset on my phone, as I've downloaded a ton of crap on it over the time I've had it since March. Anyways, I did a reset and it's running much better! However, even after the wipe, I was having an issue where the wireless would not connect. I tried removing and re-adding the connection, manually telling it to connect when it should just auto-connect, etc. I tried it on both my 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks, and the same issue. Well, after the reset didn't fix it, I went to the router to see what the issue might be. I determined it was that the Channel for the wifi signal was set to Auto. I set it on the 2.4GHz to Channel 6, removed the network, readded it and whamo! It connected no problem! Now it's working correctly but something about the auto setting being set for the channel did not play nicely with my cell, but the laptop didn't have issues. Whatever...

      Hope this helps someone else!

      Thanks!
      A.J.

What was it using when it was auto? 1,6,11 are the only none overlapping channels. but at home mine works fine on Auto.

Interesting.. I'll have to see if this is an issue of mine as well.
