So I get this email a while ago:

to: [email protected] (Yes, this is you.) Learn more
date: Feb 28, 2019, 3:24 PM
subject: Controleer je e-mailadres
mailed-by: accountprotection.microsoft.com
security: Standard encryption (TLS) Learn more
: Important according to Google magic.Microsoft account
Confirm e-mail
The setting of the Microsoft account can be completed only after we have determined that this email is yours.

Only thing is - it's not my email address. it's close but not correct...

I have seen similar scams where they will BCC a ton of similar addresses.
