What SIP Hard Phones Do You Use?

The Yealink Video phone is nice but as SAM said it just doesn't work. In past jobs I have used Polycom's but I have to say that my favorite and the easiest to use is the T38G. Simple but has all the features I need.
That is why I have one on my desk also. But to roll out 35 phones to an entire office that does not need more than the ability to park a call, $150 per phone is a bit much.
